English Teacher/Academic Coordinator Part Time 15hrsKids&Us is looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team in Milano Porta Romana.

We are passionate about changing the education landscape by building a world full of meaningful English educational experiences for children from 1 to 18 years old.

Responsibilities Prepare and deliver classes using Kids&Us lessons, music, games, stories, and arts and crafts.

Monitor student progress and guide learners toward their goals.

Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, families, peers, and mentors.

Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method.

Support the director in teaching and administrative activities.

Qualifications

A positive attitude and an energetic “can do” approach to children’s learning.

Well organized with good time management skills.

Flexibility with work hours and availability.

Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.

Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).Certifications such as Carichi Pendenti, and no previous record.

Interest in working with children.

Planning and organization skills.

A team player.

What We Offer Fixed‑term contract.
10 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher.
