Key Responsibilities /h3ulli

Teach high school Mathematics courses as part of the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP), including Higher Level (HL) and Standard Level (SL), ensuring the delivery of engaging, challenging, and well‑structured lessons; /lili Teach classes in IGCSE and /or MYP (dependent on experience); /lili Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the IB DP curriculum and promote critical thinking, problem‑solving, and inquiry‑based learning;

/lili Assess students' progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to encourage academic growth; /lili Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that caters to the diverse learning needs of students, using differentiated teaching strategies; /lili Encourage a growth mindset and develop students' passion for mathematics, helping them build essential skills for their future academic and professional endeavours;

Lead the Math department and collaborate with colleagues in the department and across the school to share best practices and resources. /li /ulh3

Qualifications and Experience /h3ulliA Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a closely related field. A Master's degree or further qualification is preferred. /lili Teaching certification, with preference given to those with an IB DP Mathematics teaching qualification or experience. /lili Proven experience teaching IB DP Mathematics (both Higher Level and Standard Level) or equivalent experience in international education. /lili Familiarity with the IGCSE and MYP curricula is an advantage.

/lili Strong understanding of the principles and practices of inquiry‑based learning and assessment in the IB system. /li /ulh3
