This can only be done with you:
Support the Head of Development in the valuation, onboarding and development of wind and photovoltaic systems up to handover to operations and asset management, including management of time budgets and quality
Coordinate and lead local developers and cooperation partners, manage external stakeholders (DSO/TSO, local authorities and communities) and oversee authorities portals related to development projects (e.g., e-distribuzione, MY TERNA, Gaud, GSE)
Ensure a structured and transparent project process by creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and continuously controlling progress and milestones to achieve RTB status across grid, land and permitting aspects
Perform pre feasibility assessments, support due diligence processes for development projects, and advise the construction team on permitting matters arising during execution
Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, finance) and conduct research and analysis on market trends, regulatory requirements and technical innovations in solar and wind energy
Your ability to work in a team, excellent communication and management skills, perseverance, initiative, and a 360 degree view of project development complete your profile.
What you bring to the table:
Master’s degree in the field of renewable energies (e.g., electrical, environmental engineering, energy economics) and an understanding of project development process for utility scale solar PV and Wind in Italy, experience in wind preferred
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the development and implementation of projects in the field of renewable energies
Experience in working in interdisciplinary and international teams and project management
Experience handling the Microsoft Office suite and mapping software
Fluent in English;
German is a plus

A gross yearly base salary ranging from € 40.000 EUR to € 50.000 EUR, plus a performance-related bonus of € 4.000 - 5.000 EUR per year (at 100% target achievement), payable as a one-time annual payment
The final salary target will be determined depending on objective criteria, such as professional experience, qualifications and technical competencies. The bonus recognition will be defined based on predetermined annual individual and company targets
