Field Core is looking for organized and proactive individuals with a hands‑on mindset to join our Tooling Team based in Italy as a Tooling Associate.

As a Tooling Associate, you’ll be at the core of our operations, ensuring the right tools are in the right place at the right time. You’ll be responsible for assembling, inspecting, organizing and dispatching toolkits used across our global field projects. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hands‑on, detail‑oriented environment and want to be part of a world‑class execution team supporting energy infrastructure projects around the world.
This is an entry‑level role offering on‑the‑job training and development within a dynamic, safety‑focused warehouse and tooling environment. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and grow your skills while directly contributing to the success of our field operations.
How You Will Make a Difference
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across warehouse and toolkit operations
Coordinate, label, inspect, and package tools for field project deployment
Perform quality control checks to ensure all kits meet project requirements
Inventory, clean, and relabel returned kits for reuse
Identify and report missing, damaged, or non‑functional tools
Support tool calibration and documentation processes
Utilize forklift and container lifts to safely move equipment (if certified)
Collaborate across departments to align with project schedules and outage needs
Monitor and request restocks of tooling inventory as needed
Adhere to all company, safety, and regulatory guidelines and procedures
Special Role Requirements
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to support project needs
Availability to work holidays, weekends and overtime based on assignments
Capability to handle repetitive lifting of up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and perform physical warehouse tasks
Skills for Success
You should be fluent in English and bring strong organizational skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach to day‑to‑day responsibilities. You will also have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
0–2 years of experience in tooling, warehousing, logistics, or related field
Familiarity with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Email, Internet)
A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
A customer‑first attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in logistics, engineering, or industrial maintenance
Forklift certification and prior experience in a technical or power generation environment
