Product Support Engineer

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join the Engineering Support Team at ABAC Product Company in Robassomero, contributing to the release of new products!
What does a Product Support Engineer do?
As the person responsible for piston products, you will be part of the Engineering team, collaborating with colleagues from other departments and providing engineering support.

Your main tasks include:

Releasing new product part numbers (PNs) and bills of material (BOM) in the system.
Managing BOMs for both existing and new product portfolios.
Preparing and releasing technical specification sheets and other technical documentation.

Additionally, as the product support lead, you will assist the Marketing Department by handling marketing requests. Based on their input, you will:

Release new customized products in the system.
Update BOMs for existing products.
Work in cross‑functional teams with other departments.

What do we expect from you?
Your mission:

Handle and address requests from the Marketing Department by releasing new customized products for the market.
Represent the Engineering Department in project team meetings regarding traded products and manage related tasks (e.g., releasing new PNs, BOMs, manuals, technical specification sheets, and other documentation).
Support the Product Company on operational engineering tasks.

You have:

More than 5 years of experience with piston compressors (or related equipment) and BOM management.
Good command of English and Italian.
Solid knowledge of Autodesk systems (Vault, Inventor, AutoCAD), ERP (AS400), and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of piston compressors or related equipment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
