Senior Product Development Engineer

We are seeking a Product Support to join our growing team. This role is key to driving our product strategy, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring our product portfolio meets both market demand and company vision.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small team that includes a Visualizer, CAD Drafters ensuring alignment with company goals.
Define and execute product implementation in line with Ideolux’s growth roadmap.
Manage and monitor the progress of product creation in our PIM system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with designers, sales support, and supply chain teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
Communicate directly with OEMs to maintain strong partnerships, ensure quality, and support product development.
Report directly to the Directors with regular updates and progress reports on team performance, product status, and strategic initiatives.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and present recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

Educational background in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Team Leader.
3-5 years experience in the architectural lighting industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results driven mindset.
A passion for technical products and solutions – someone who loves technical challenges and innovation.
Ability to balance technical knowledge with business strategy.
Familiarity with international markets and product development processes.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, ERP, CRM.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule in UAE Standard time
Monday to Friday 9:00am--6:00pm
Saturday 9:30am- 12:30pm
Sunday Off
Total Working Hours 48 hours
