Industrial Environmental & Energy Specialist - Pozzuolo Martesana

About the Role
For our Plant in Pozzuolo Martesana (MI) we are looking for an Industrial Environmental & Energy Specialist who is interested in joining the Operations Sustainability Environment and Energy Department. The role reports to the Industrial Sustainability Environment & Energy Manager and contributes to the achievement of results towards our ambitious global targets for industrial sustainability and environmental initiatives.
Main Responsibilities

Support the environmental and energy legal compliance to achieve and maintain ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
Monitor environmental emissions and industrial waste of Pozzuolo Martesana production site and support operational lines in pursuing sustainability opportunities and projects to reach Group goals.
Monitor energy consumption, both externally supplied and internally measured, promoting collaborations and projects to achieve energy efficiency and decarbonisation objectives.
Support the development of a mid-long term plan for balancing environmental matrices (energy, water, waste and emissions).
Contribute to training on environmental and energy topics.

About You
You will bring a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field, combined with initial experience in similar roles. Your real desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector. A good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be a key to gain a wide intercultural competence.
A similar relevant experience would be considered a plus.
