About the Role
For our Plant in Alba we are currently looking for an Environmental & Energy ISO system and emission specialist, who will play a key role in the management, maintenance, and continuous development of environmental and energy management systems.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure the effective implementation and enhancement of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and biofuel certification (DM 294/2024), supporting the plant in achieving and maintaining certification compliance.

Develop and consolidate processes related to environmental and energy management systems, while serving as a referent for Sustainability Training and Sustainability Communication Programs.

Act as the plant reference for emission legal compliance, ensuring adherence to permit requirements.

Provide technical support for optimization of air emission treatment systems and manage air emission measurement campaigns, coordinating both internal and external analyses.

About You

Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least three years of experience in a relevant role.

Solid knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, familiarity with biofuel certification, and competencies related to air emissions abatement systems.

Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a target-oriented approach.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; strong communication and presentation skills developed in a multicultural environment; ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.

Good command of English and Italian; advanced MS Office skills and AutoCAD; availability for future international mobility.
