Junior Mechanical Designer

Location: Alba

Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the Mechanical Modeling Design & Ovens team to design machinery for production and special processes. You will collaborate across plants and with external suppliers to deliver innovative solutions that meet project specifications while promoting continuous improvement. You will handle technical and non-technical aspects such as budget, schedule, safety, hygiene, and environment, contributing to global projects from Alba with cross-functional stakeholders.

This is an entry-level position with growth potential in a globally connected innovation unit.

Prepare detailed technical projects and coordinate external studies

Develop innovative solutions to meet project specifications

Contribute to continuous improvement of existing plants

Address budget, schedule, quality, hygiene, safety, ergonomics, and environmental considerations

Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers across global locations

ResponsabilitàMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields

Around 1–3 years of design experience in machinery for Food, FMCG, or Automation Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles

Proficiency in CAD software (2D/3D)

Experience with Autodesk Inventor preferred

Good communication in Italian and English Willingness for international mobility
