Location: Agrate Brianza
STMicroelectronics, located in Agrate Brianza, is seeking a motivated Process Engineer Intern for the Thermal Treatments module. This role involves supporting the Engineering and Manufacturing Teams in micro and nano-fabrication processes, focusing on Rapid Thermal Processing, Atomic Layer Deposition, and silicon epitaxial growth.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in material science or related fields, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
