Location: Sant'Ambrogio di Torino

The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of an Environmental Engineer to support environmental permitting and development activities for Solar and Onshore wind projects in Italy.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage environmental permitting documentation (local, regional, national).
Develop EIA/VIA and screening reports.
Ensure environmental compliance during development, construction, and operation.
Use GIS tools to identify suitable areas for new renewable projects.
Assess environmental and landscape constraints and manage related procedures.
Coordinate specialist studies (flora–fauna, renaturalization, etc.).
Evaluate project compatibility with planning instruments.
Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
Liaise with authorities and external consultants.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or similar
5+ years of experience in environmental permitting for wind/PV projects.
Strong knowledge of Italian environmental regulations and EIA/VIA processes.
Proficiency in GIS tools (QGIS/ArcGIS), MS Office, and basic AutoCAD.
Strong autonomy, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel.
