NPI Tech. Development & Procurement Specialist

Location: Longarone

Experteer Overview In this role, you will manage procurement for New Product Introductions, collaborating with R&D, Engineering, Quality and Production to ensure components meet specs and cost targets. You’ll drive supplier selection, cost analysis and TCO optimization, and support cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge production processes and the chance to influence future products within an innovative, growth-focused environment.

You will actively shape procurement strategies for NPI initiatives and contribute to performance improvements.

Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate procurement activities for new projects from concept to mass production

Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to define component specifications

Identify, evaluate and select suppliers meeting technical, quality and cost requirements

Conduct cost analyses and manage NPI budgets and target pricing

Negotiate NPI final prices ensuring alignment with requirements and target cost Manage supplier relationships and monitor quality, delivery, and cost during development

Acquire knowledge of production processes to inform strategic purchasing decisions

Contribute to optimizing NPI procurement processes and share best practices

Act as interface between Procurement and other development teams and provide project updates

ResponsabilitàBachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related field

Experience in industrial contexts or supply chain/procurement is a plus Strong data analysis, costing and problem-solving abilities

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Interest in learning production processes and technologies

Proactive, adaptable, with strong written and spoken communication in Italian and English Proficiency in Microsoft Office
