Environmental & Energy Iso system and emission specialist - Alba Plant

Experteer Overview As Environmental & Energy ISO Systems Specialist at Ferrero in Alba, you drive the implementation and ongoing improvement of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and biofuel certification (DM 294/2024) for the plant. You will develop EMS processes, lead Sustainability Training and Communications, and ensure emissions compliance with permits. You also provide technical support for air emission systems and coordinate measurement campaigns.

This role blends regulatory diligence with practical system optimization in a global, multicultural setting.

Manage air emission measurement campaigns and coordinate internal and external analyses

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain certification readiness

Support continuous improvement of environmental and energy performance

Requirements

Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, or related fieldat least three years of relevant experiencesolid knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001familiarity with biofuel certificationcompetencies related to air emissions abatement systemsattention to detail and critical thinkingability to work autonomously and in a team strong communication and presentation skills in a multicultural environmentproficiency in English and Italianadvanced MS Office skills and AutoCADavailability for future international mobility
