Senior Field Operators – ChemPET Project

Location: Cerano

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning, start-up, and operational activities at site

• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, HSE requirements, and timelines

• Conduct maintenance and inspection activities to ensure safe operations

• Manage and monitor plant systems and processes safely and effectively

• Support routine maintenance through equipment isolation and restoration

• Work in coordination with control room operators and production supervisors

• Apply Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and verify safety measures

• Identify and control hazards to protect equipment, personnel, and environment

• Perform field safety and quality observations and report findings

• Monitor and record plant parameters using field systems and PLC

• Make shutdown decisions in abnormal operating conditions

• Apply troubleshooting and process control techniques

• Support continuous improvement of plant operations

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in field operations / plant start-up

• Background in chemical or petrochemical industry preferred

• Technical diploma (industrial/chemical)

• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and plant operations

• Ability to work in operational and commissioning environments

• Italian language required (English is a plus)
