Senior Tunnel Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Senior Tunnel Engineer at Arup in Milan, you shape complex tunnel solutions within a multidisciplinary team. You own design packages and collaborate closely with clients and other engineers to deliver innovative, sustainable infrastructure projects. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to the technical depth with calculations, drawings review, and coordination across disciplines.

Provide design calculations and support preparation and review of drawings

Responsabilità5 to 10 years of geotechnical and tunnelling design experience

Working knowledge of industry standard software for tunnelling, geotechnical and structural design

Strong engineering skills and knowledge

Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills

Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Fluency in Italian and English Publication in journals and conferences

Good experience in numerical analysis
