EHS​/RSPP Manager

Location: Nola

Experteer Overview  In this role you drive EHS performance at the site, aligning with Alstom’s safety and environmental standards. You lead the EHS function, develop local management systems, and coach-site teams to improve risk controls and compliance. You collaborate with operations to implement plans, supervise contractors, and ensure accurate reporting and audits. You’ll influence culture through training and continuous improvement, contributing to safer and greener mobility.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Drive implementation of EHS policy on site per guidelines
Lead EHS function and develop site teams
Develop and deploy local EHS procedures (aligned with AZDP and other standards)
Ensure risk assessment and control measures are in place
Prepare emergency plans for the site and manage subcontractor EHS
Maintain EHS records, compliance, and reporting
Lead EHS audits and inspections; manage incident reporting and REX
Monitor and improve EHS culture and training programs
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and local regulations
Oversee EHS communication and collaboration with HR and external partners
Responsabilità   5–8 years of professional EHS experience (railway experience is a plus)
Experience in maintenance and/or manufacturing sites
Knowledge of ISO
14001 and ISO
45001
Deep knowledge of local legal requirements
EHS auditor experience
Engineering or Business degree
Health & Safety qualification (country-specific)
Preferred environmental qualification (diploma or degree)
