Location: Tognana
Experteer Italy is seeking a professional to drive operational improvements across EMEA by leading shopfloor Kaizen events and conducting industrial engineering analyses. You will work with cross-functional teams to unlock capacity and enhance productivity, translating operational priorities into actionable improvement plans.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in engineering or operational excellence, a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, and a commitment to coaching teams for sustained improvement.
