Within the
** Space Division**, we are looking for a
** Space Solar Arrays Manager
** for our office in
** Nerviano (MI).
** The person will be part of the
* Space Engineering/Equipments
* team, coordinating the solar array systems engineers group.
** The person will be responsible for**:
* Overseeing, as technical authority, the engineering aspects related to the solar array system for flight applications
* Organizing resources with respect to the workload of the solar array system team
* Participating in the drafting of technical offers related to solar arrays as well as quoting for engineering aspects
* Supporting the solar array system team during the normal lifecycle of ongoing projects
** Educational

Qualification:

*** Master's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical engineering

Previous experience in the sector is a plus.
** Required experience level:
*** Senior: at least 5 years of experience in the role
** Technical skills and knowledge:
*** Architecture of a solar array for space applications, knowledge of the main subsystems and their basic sizing
* Basic knowledge of mechanical design
* Basic knowledge of PVA design
* Knowledge of the typical environment for flight applications in LEO, MEO, GEO orbit
* Knowledge of ECSS standards
