Lead Quality Assurance As Lead Quality Assurance you will support all activities assigned by the Compliance Assurance and Monitoring Manager (Maintenance - Part
145) in order to implement and maintain all elements included in the applicable regulations and Safety Management System Implementation Plan. You will work within the Quality Organization and be a member of the Quality System Team as a focal point within the Quality System for various projects according to Requirements for Aviation and Defence Organizations and International Quality Standard.
Essential Responsibilities Interface with Authorities and Customers for all aspects of Avio Aero approvals
Support the external audit performed by Airworthiness Authorities, Customer and Certification Bodies
Manage the relevant finding and corrective actions
Manage training courses and relevant qualifications of personnel
Perform audit and manage the findings issued
Support the daily management of MRO approvals
Manage and update Company Manuals and related procedures
Support implementation of Safety Management System elements assigned to the compliance assurance and monitoring
Prepare, issue and monitoring qualification of personnel and manage the approval list
Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
Previous experience in maintenance environment, preferably in Aerospace or Aeronautical field companies
Knowledge of Design, Production and Maintenance activities
Knowledge of Quality standard and Airworthiness Authority regulations
Demonstrated experience in facing and supporting audits
Ability to identify risks
Experience in Quality System arrays and modification management, preferably both in Commercial and Military applications
Knowledge of UN9100 and/or UN9110
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Availability to business trips in Italy and abroad
Fluent in Italian and English
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a cross‑functional teamwork environment
Team‑work skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
