Senior Sustainability Consultant – MEP & Decarbonization Lead Arcadis Lombardia offers an opportunity for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join the Smart Sustainable Buildings team in Lombardy, Italy. This role focuses on MEP and mechanical design projects with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and decarbonization. The position includes project management, development of sustainability strategies, and client advisory services.
Responsibilities Lead and manage projects related to energy efficiency across multiple sectors.
Develop and implement sustainability strategies for clients.
Provide expert advice and guidance on MEP and mechanical design focused on decarbonization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
5–6 years of relevant experience in MEP or mechanical design.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent proficiency in English and Italian.
Relevant sustainability certifications preferred.
Salary & LocationEUR 40,000 – 70,000 per year;
Lombardy, Italy.
