EHS & Sustainability leader Borgaretto and Cameri

Experteer Overview As EHS Site Leader, you drive and integrate environmental, health and safety programs to meet business needs and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll lead complex issues, contribute to long‑term planning, and support the overall business strategy across Borgaretto and Cameri sites. You will develop and update local EHS programs, coordinate training, audits and corrective actions, and liaise with regulators to assure full compliance.

This role offers impact through continuous improvement, safety excellence, and close collaboration with leadership.

Retribuzione / Benefits Implement GE EHS programs and drive continuous improvement at Borgaretto & Cameri sites

Conduct root cause analyses for injuries and significant events and support investigations

Coordinate and deliver EHS trainings for GE employees

Perform EHS audits and track goals via data collection and reporting

Drive improvement initiatives and monitor metrics (audits, training, injuries, findings closure)
Lead EHS permitting processes and maintain regulatory compliance; advise leadership on requirements

Responsabilità

Master’s degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or Environmental Science Significant experience in EHS management, preferably in manufacturing or service facilities

Strong leadership and ability to engage with senior leadership and customers

Proven multi‑project management with timelines, budgets, and milestones

Strong analytical and prioritization skills for compliance issues

Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent English Work Visa as required by local regulation
