R HV Systems Integration Engineer

Position: (R) HV Systems Integration Engineer
Location: Sant'Agata del Bianco

Experteer Overview  In this role you drive HV systems integration for eDrive solutions at the Sant’Agata Bolognese HQ, ensuring regulatory compliance and successful homologation of HV components and the overall vehicle. You will coordinate with Electric Drive and Homologation teams to define, verify, and validate requirements, and steer testing activities from component to system level. You will influence release readiness and collaborate across functions to meet common goals in a fast-paced automotive environment.

This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role with a clear impact on safety, compliance, and performance.

HV system integration requirements definition, verification, and validation
HV system and components homologation data management
HV battery and eDrive homologation testing processes
Management of activities to release HV components and overall system
Collaboration with Audi colleagues for joint procedures
Cooperation with whole vehicle development to define testing for HV safety
Work with Homologation to ensure component compliance with vehicle requirements
Support inside Electric Drive to achieve common goals
Act as problem solver within KPM management for the function
Responsabilità   Master degree in relevant engineering field
At least 3–5 years in a similar role
Background in requirements management, functional development, and testing
Technical knowledge of HV electric circuit design (HW, constraints, standards)
Technical knowledge of high voltage safety
Fluent English;
Italian and German are a plus
Team work and relational skills
Problem solving and analysis abilities
