OBI Italia cerca un Responsabile Progettazione e Supervisione Edile e Impianti per l’Area Espansione, con ruolo centrale nella gestione e supervisione di nuovi opening, ampliamenti e interventi sulla rete vendita.
La figura coordinerà sopralluoghi tecnici, team interni e fornitori, predisporrà budget e cronoprogrammi, analizzerà fattibilità e gestione contratti di appalto. Laurea in Ingegneria/Architettura, inglese fluente e 4–8 anni di esperienza nella GDO richiesti.
