Join our dynamic Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team and drive innovation in production excellence! We're seeking a Senior Professional who is passionate about optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

What will you do:

Lead the deployment and implementation of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites and methodologies

Conduct manufacturing research and development to enhance production efficiency and quality standards

Develop and implement standardized manufacturing procedures while evaluating and optimizing production costs

Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and ensure timely delivery

Spearhead technical feasibility testing and production process improvements

Proven track record in manufacturing engineering and process optimization

Deep understanding of production systems and performance improvement methodologies

Strong technical expertise in manufacturing research and development

Excellence in project management and cross-functional team leadership

Demonstrated ability to drive cost reduction while maintaining quality standards
