Your role     Define, develop, and implement the technological and product roadmap for their area of expertise.
Lead the design and development of new products, as well as the continuous improvement of existing solutions.
Coordinate and support a technical resource, defining priorities, objectives, and development plans.
Manage the R&D budget associated with projects and activities within the assigned product line.
Collaborate with the international Technology Team to define development strategies and introduce new technologies.
Lead product development projects from the conceptual stage through final validation and industrialization.
Coordinate development and update technical documentation, construction drawings, and bills of materials.
Use SAP to manage technical data and product information.
Plan, coordinate, and execute product testing, validation, and qualification activities.
Directly participate in practical laboratory activities, functional testing, performance verification, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with the Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the proper industrialization of developed solutions.
Provide specialized technical support to internal functions and customers, including in international contexts.
Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with budget, timelines, and technical requirements.

Your profile     Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience developing new products and improving existing products.
Experience coordinating technical resources and project activities.
Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical documentation and construction drawings.
Knowledge of low, medium, and/or high voltage electrical systems (MV/HV preferred).
Good knowledge of product validation and industrialization processes.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
