Senior Process Engineer; M​/F​/X

Position: Senior Process Engineer (M/F/X)

For a growing deep-tech client company in the PET depolymerization sector, we are seeking a  Senior Process Engineer for the plant of Albese con Cassano (Como).

The role involves responsibility for process scalability and completing the Process Design Package (PDP) in collaboration with R&D and Operations teams.
Responsibilies   Oversee experimental design and identify potential operational issues, ensuring the validation of instrumentation
Generate and analyze significant amounts of data to monitor plant performance, identify bottlenecks and critical parameters, and propose tests to find solutions and remedies
Develop scalable solutions of interest to major industry licensors, primarily EPC contractors and other industrial entities in the sector
Work closely with internal teams to ensure process improvements are communicated and implemented across the organization
Identify and develop improvement solutions focused on energy savings, material and cost optimization, increased process reliability, and reduced environmental impact
Supervise junior colleagues, ensuring tasks are executed correctly and individual skill sets are enhanced
Collaborate with potential new suppliers and/or third parties to continuously improve proprietary technology and the production process
Requirements   510 years of prior experience as a process engineer in a related field or with other licensors
Proven experience in the engineering and management of chemical plants
Knowledge of key international engineering standards
Experience in the design of complex chemical processes (specifically: reactor design, separation processes, heat exchangers, and solids/slurry handling)
