Required Experience:

Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or Physics.

About the Role:

Join our dynamic Retail Pricing team, where you’ll play a key part in shaping non-life insurance pricing strategies, with a strong focus on Motor products. You’ll apply your analytical expertise throughout the entire pricing cycle, from data preparation to price optimization.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and transform data (ETL) for analysis

Build predictive models to support pricing decisions

Perform in-depth statistical analysis

Support the development of our Technical Model Price Contribute to rates, rating plans, and portfolio pricing strategies

Develop insightful reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Optimize pricing to deliver the best value for our customers and the business

What You’ll Bring :

Good written and spoken English3–5 years of actuarial pricing experience in non-life insurance

Strong mathematical and analytical skills, supported by your degree

Programming experience in SAS, Python, or RProficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus)

Experience with WTW Emblem and Radar software

A collaborative, team-focused approach

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
