Overview
The Corporate Tax team in Milan provides integrated and innovative services to help clients address the most current and complex challenges. Operating in a constantly evolving scenario, we navigate national and international regulations alongside market and public opinion expectations on ethics, transparency and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

Analyzing routine tax matters related to direct and indirect tax regulations (tax advisory).
Determining tax liabilities for income tax purposes (IRES and IRAP) and preparing annual income tax returns (tax compliance).
Preparing VAT and withholding tax returns (tax compliance).
Analyzing tax risks and implementing appropriate control and measurement systems (Tax Control Framework).
Supporting interactions with the Tax Authorities.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of professional experience in leading national or international firms and/or consulting companies.
Master’s degree in Economics (LM 77 or LM 56) with a final grade of at least 100/110.
Certified Chartered Accountant or intention to begin the professional training.
Good command of English, preferably with study and/or work experiences abroad.
Good working knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
