For our Finance department, we are looking for an Order to Cash Intern .
The selected candidate will support the Credit Management team within the Order to Cash function, contributing to ensure an efficient and low-risk management of the company’s accounts receivable cycle. The goal is to gain practical skills in customer risk analysis, credit monitoring, collection and debt recovery activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting the collection and assessment of customers’ financial documentation.
Contributing to the definition or revision of credit limits, in line with company guidelines.
Supporting the monitoring of receivables status and payment deadlines.
Preparing periodic reports, highlighting any risk situations.
Updating customer master data and information in the management systems (e.g. SAP).
Working alongside the team in follow-up and collection activities for customers with upcoming or overdue payments, using a professional and relationship-oriented approach.
Supporting the handling of disputes and payment reconciliations.
Preparing documentation for potential handover to external debt collection agencies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or related fields.
Basic knowledge of general accounting and financial statement analysis.
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with customers.
Good organizational skills and effective priority management.
Problem-solving attitude and proactivity in handling critical situations.
