Litigation Cross Border Professional

Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Lawyer to manage contractual activities and supervise credit recovery across our banking and non-banking entities in European countries.

Key responsibility:

The resource will have to deal with the drafting and negotiation of contracts in English (banking, commercial, supply of goods/services or other), coordination and supervision of the credit recovery activity carried out by external lawyers, drafting of internal reports, legal notes, and legal opinions.

Requirements:

Admitted to the bar.
Minimum of 4 years post qualification of relevant experience in Legal contract and litigation activities in legal international firms or banking and financial sector.
Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken). A good command of French is required.
Experience in drafting contracts, training, and in working on policies and procedures.
Strong organizational skills and aptitude for problem-solving.
Responsibility and precision for details.
Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with regulatory authorities, senior management, and external legal advisors.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and provide practical solutions.
