Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and grow strategic health & pharma accounts, delivering outstanding operational service. You will work across air and sea logistics to provide end-to-end healthcare solutions and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll lead collaboration between regional OKAMs and operations to sustain high customer satisfaction and retention. You’ll act as a central point of contact, driving process improvements and aligning with account goals to create measurable impact.

This is a cross-functional, leadership-facing role with a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and strengthen relationships with global health & pharma accounts to ensure service consistency

Adhere to the Global OKAM framework, standards, and processes while complying with health & pharma regulations

Collaborate with regional OKAMs and operations to execute customer requirements

Monitor account performance and proactively address service challenges or deviations

Identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and process improvement within assigned accounts

Support integration between Air and Sea Logistics to deliver end-to-end healthcare solutions

Act as the central contact for assigned health & pharma customers with transparent communication

Responsabilità2-5 years of professional experience with strong customer collaboration skills

Mandatory experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences

Solid background in logistics with expertise in Air and/or Sea Logistics Proven experience in Key Account Management, ideally with large or global accounts

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement capabilities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional collaboration

Fluency in English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel
