Descrizione del lavoro  Il/la Front Office Agent Turnante, sotto la supervisione del Front Office Manager, si occuperà di:
Accoglienza e cura degli ospiti dell’hotel
Gestione delle procedure di check-in e check-out
Gestione del centralino e della corrispondenza e-mail
Gestione della cassa
Attività di up-selling e cross-selling
Controllo delle pratiche di prenotazione
Due turni notturni a settimana come Night Auditor (23:00 – 7:00), supportato dal facchino di notte
Fornire informazioni dettagliate sull’hotel e sui servizi offerti, garantendo un’esperienza completa e soddisfacente per ogni ospite

Job Description  The Front Office Agent (Rotating Shifts), under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, will:
Welcome and assist hotel guests
Manage check-in and check-out procedures
Handle the switchboard and email correspondence
Manage cash operations
Perform up-selling and cross-selling activities
Check reservation practices
Work two-night shifts per week as Night Auditor (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.), supported by a night porter
Provide detailed information about the hotel and services, ensuring a complete and satisfying guest experience
Qualifiche   Diploma di scuola superiore
Ottima conoscenza di italiano e inglese; gradita una terza lingua
Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo in contesti alberghieri d’eccellenza
Ottima conoscenza dei principali software alberghieri
Capacità di leadership e gestione delle persone
Iniziativa e autonomia operativa
High school diploma
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; a third language is a plus
At least 2 years’ experience in the role within high-standard hospitality contexts
Excellent knowledge of main hotel software
Leadership and people management skills
Initiative and ability to work independently
