** About the role
** Naples Beach Club is seeking an exceptional
** Café Assistant Manager
** to support the daily operations and guest experience at
** Naples Trading Company**, a dynamic café and market concept. This role is integral to floor leadership, team development, and operational success, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for both guests and staff.##
** What you will do
*** Lead by example on the floor, delivering warm, intuitive hospitality and creating a welcoming environment for every guest
* Support team leadership efforts, including staffing, training, and daily operational efficiency
* Assist with inventory management, including maintaining par levels, purchasing, and organizing retail and café products
* Partner with the Cafe Manager to ensure operational standards, service quality, and brand expectations are consistently met##
** What you bring
*** A genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection
* A growth-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve
* At least 2 years of experience in café, coffee, or retail management
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* The ability to remain adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
