Job description  We are seeking a dynamic and structured  F&B Manager  to join our team at the property located in Mangia’s Brucoli Sicily Autograph Collection. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage department, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and guest satisfaction through strategic planning and daily supervision.  Responsibilities:  Define and implement the master operational plan based on occupancy forecasts and group pricing  Lead daily afternoon briefings with department heads to align on service priorities and challenges  Foster a culture of belonging and motivation aligned with Mangia’s service philosophy  Ensure seamless interdepartmental communication to support operational flow  Supervise daily F&B operations, including staffing, cleanliness, and service standards  Monitor guest experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints  Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and service delivery  Initiate improvement projects to elevate quality and efficiency  Manage cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking  Submit reports and performance updates to senior management  Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations  Implement upselling strategies and pricing policies to optimize revenue  Ensure documentation and licensing are up to date and aligned with internal processes  Requirements:  Proven experience in F&B management within upscale or luxury hospitality environments  Strong leadership and organizational skills  Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance  Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory systems  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities  Fluency in Italian and English;
