Job Description We are seeking a proactive and safety-oriented Beach Manager to join our team at the property located in Mangia’s Brucoli Sicily Autograph Collection.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing beach operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and service.
Responsibilities:
Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with health and safety standards Create and maintain a safe beach environment for both guests and staff Supervise the maintenance, repair, and security of all beach equipment Lead the beach team in proactively assisting guests with equipment and services Stay up to date with local legislation and ensure full compliance in beach operations Coordinate with other departments to support social events and operational briefings Requirements:
Previous experience in beach or outdoor facility management, preferably in hospitality Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance Excellent communication and guest service abilities Ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments Fluency in Italian;
English proficiency preferred Flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
