Training Specialist

Job Description
Training Specialist is passionate about helping people learn and grow and will help us succeed by training and developing our people and their potentials.
In this role you will act directly in the implementation of Training Agenda, with a primary focus on L&D as the main key contact for the implementation and development of training plans in Italy according to training needs and EMEA guideline.
You will support the Training & Development Manager developing projects and activities related to Training.

Proactively support the implementation of L&D agenda, focusing on the Corporate trainings and Group process;
Design and deliver customize learning courses and other trainings (face to face and virtual) evaluating individual and cluster development needs;
Prepare, order, and coordinate the shipment of course materials for training classes;
Developing a culture where training and development are part of the team, identifying actions and working with managers and HRBP to ensure the skills and knowledge are developed effectively;
Encourage feedback and performance culture delivering training and coaching on that topic;
Identifying and instilling best practice, processes and systems and drive continuous improvement environment.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field;
At least (3/5) years of experience in a similar role with solid experience of designing, delivering and conducting customize learning courses and other trainings (face to face and virtual);
Knowledge in experiential training and adult learning methods, effective learning and development methods;
Passionate about DEIB and Employee Engagement;
Knowledge of HRIS and databases;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent negotiation skills and ability to engage and build effective relationship with employees and different stakeholders.
Excellent in Excel and in MS Office;
Driving license and flexibility to move around North Italy
