Who are we looking for?

As an SEM Specialist, you’ll play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing paid search strategies that fuel growth and performance. You’ll bring strong hands‑on experience managing paid search campaigns and a passion for optimizing performance across multiple platforms. The Opportunity This is your chance to take ownership of SEM strategy and execution across Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms. You’ll work closely with agencies, internal teams, and enterprise partners to translate objectives into campaigns that scale, with measurable impact on ROI, CPC, and conversions.

Your Mission You’ll own the end‑to‑end management of SEM campaigns, from strategy and launch to optimization and reporting. Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders and agencies, you’ll ensure that campaigns not only deliver on performance goals but also push the boundaries of innovation in search marketing.

What will you be doing?

Plan, launch, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.

Collaborate with partners to define keyword strategies, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment.

Ensure campaigns are scalable and aligned with client objectives.

Optimization & Performance Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversion goals.

Conduct keyword research, manage negatives, and run A/B testing on ads.

Provide clear budget allocation and scaling recommendations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for agency and enterprise partners on SEM execution.

Ensure best practices, tracking, and reporting standards are met.

Troubleshoot technical issues and campaign discrepancies.

Tracking & Reporting Implement and validate tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.

Deliver regular reports with insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations.

Use data analysis to inform short‑term optimizations and long‑term strategy.

Market & Industry Insight Stay up to date with SEM trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Benchmark performance against industry standards to drive improvement.

About You2–4 years hands‑on experience managing SEM campaigns (agency or in‑house).Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

Experience working directly with agencies or third‑party vendors.

Excellent analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In).

Experience with automation and campaign management tools.

Bonus Points Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping) preferred.

Familiarity with attribution modelling and conversion tracking frameworks.
