⚡ Then What
We are looking for an AI & Machine Learning System Engineer and you will be responsible for the design, architecture, and deployment of scalable systems that power AI services. You will bridge the gap between AI research and production, ensuring that machine learning models run efficiently  Responsibilities :

Design and prove the feasibility of high-performance, scalable architectures for AI and machine learning applications.
Develop monitoring solutions and optimize system performance for AI workloads to ensure smooth model deployment.
Work with other departments to translate business needs into technical requirements and propose new AI use cases.
Ensure the infrastructure follows security best practices and implement robust controls to protect data. Also diagnose and resolve issues in real time, providing support to the AI team and preventing future problems.

Key Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, vLLM, and lite

LLM.
Proven experience as a Systems or Cloud Engineer, focused on scalable infrastructure.
Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes and Open Stack.
Proficiency in Python and Bash.

Experience with Nvidia NIM, vLLM, LM Studio, and Lang Chain in both cloud and local environments.
Understanding of machine learning models, including training and fine‑tuning.
Experience in software development and Dev Ops practices.
