The Data Intelligence area of NTT DATA Italia is focused on extracting value from data and is composed of around 600 internal resources and a selected ecosystem of partners.
Responsibilities

The position is open to different levels of seniority, from profiles with at least 2 years of specific experience to more senior profiles (data engineer/architect/middle management). The candidate will have the task of:

Analyzing, designing, and implementing complex applications based on Big Data technologies, working in a team
Evaluating the impacts and estimating the commitment (in terms of time and costs) of realizing new applications
Supporting the design and definition of technological choices, taking into account the application context
Interfacing with different levels with the various actors involved (developers, project managers, clients)

Required Skills

At least 2 years of experience in the required topics
Experience in using Cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
Good knowledge of Apache Spark/Spark Streaming, Apache Kafka, and No

SQL databases (Apache Cassandra, Mongo

DB, Hbase, SOLR)
Good knowledge of the SQL language
Proven experience in developing applications with object-oriented languages (Java, Python, Scala)
Experience in using the HDFS distributed file system
Experience in using one or more of the following applications:
Apache Hive, Apache Flume, Apache Sqoop, Apache Oozie, Apache Zeppelin, Elastic Stack
Experience in using and/or configuring one or more of the following platforms:
Cloudera, Kubernetes
Experience in developing systems based on API RESTful
