Adecco Italia Spa ricerca per importante e solida azienda Metalmeccanica della zona di Zola Predosa (BO):
TECNICO IT JUNIOR - ADDETTO HELP DESK Il profilo ricercato ha maturato una formazione ad indirizzo Informatico ed ha una esperienza anche solo di 1 anno in Ufficio IT come Help Desk.
Si occupera di attivita da Help Desk sulle problematiche quotidiane che emergono dall'uso di personal computer e principali periferiche / Software / gestione delle apparecchiature informatiche.
Si richiede la conoscenza di:
Sistemi operativi Windows (client/server) - conoscenza base Gestione utenti in Active Directory Networking base (IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN) Conoscenze di Hardware/software Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint) Gestione ticket e documentare le attivita svolte
Gradite doti di team work e motivazione all'apprendimento.
Contratto a scopo assunzione con RAL compresa fra i 30 ed i 40 K. Disponibilita oraria:
