Experteer Overview As Group ITAM Tooling and Data Manager, you govern IT asset management tooling and data at a global scale, ensuring a reliable, compliant ITAM platform ecosystem. You bridge business needs with technical evolutions, maintaining Service Now ITAM and SAP data accuracy to support financial planning and audits. You collaborate across IT, Procurement, Finance, and external partners to drive governance, data quality, and continuous improvement.

You’ll shape the ITAM data model and platform performance to enable transparent reporting and informed decision-making.

Maintain Service Now ITAM as a single source of truth for financial planning, audit readiness, and compliance

Oversee evolution of ITAM processes, governance frameworks, and policy implementation

Translate business needs into system changes across Service Now, SAP, and integrated platforms

Coordinate cross-domain collaboration (ITAM, Service Now COE, EA, Cybersecurity, ITSM, Procurement, Finance)
Define and monitor data quality standards; drive governance adoption across regions

Contribute to ITAM data model evolution, integration initiatives, and reporting/dashboard capabilities

Support cost optimization, asset lifecycle visibility, and overall governance improvements

Drive continuous improvement across processes, tooling, and enterprise-wide ITAM strategy

Responsibilities

Experience in IT Asset Management, data governance, or IT platforms within international environments

Strong knowledge of ITAM lifecycle and platforms such as Service Now; experience with SAP Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and improvements

Proven collaboration across governance-driven, cross-functional ecosystems

Fluency in English; ability to work in multicultural environments
