Experteer Overview In this role you will design and operate scalable, secure, multi‑cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) to support Go microservices and a containerized landscape. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement automated CI/CD pipelines and improve reliability, observability, and deployment practices. This position sits at the core of a fast‑moving, observability‑first environment aimed at reducing toil and accelerating product updates.

You’ll work with modern tooling to shape a resilient, scalable platform and contribute to the company’s mission to transform workforce travel.

Retribuzione / Benefits Design, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments across environments

Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform/Open Tofu for Azure and AWSBuild and operate containerized workloads with Docker, Azure Container Apps, and AWS ECS Fargate Implement proactive monitoring and logging with Open Telemetry and Sig Noz and align with SLOs/SLAsTroubleshoot production issues and drive permanent fixes through automation

Collaborate with Go microservices teams on deployment standards and reliability practices

Create automation (Bash, Go) to reduce toil and enable self‑service runbooks

Oversee secure releases with canary/blue‑green strategies and patch management

Ensure cloud security with guardrails, least‑privilege access, and automated policy checks

Contribute to documentation and onboarding materials and support product teams on Dev Ops practices

Coach teams on reliability, observability, and Dev Ops practices

Responsabilità3–5 years in Dev Ops, SRE, or Platform Engineering with public cloud experience (Azure and/or AWS)
Hands‑on CI/CD pipeline design and operation in cloud environments

Experience with containers and managed platforms (Azure Container Apps, AWS ECS Fargate)

Experience with Terraform or Open Tofu including modules and remote state

Automation scripting in Bash and Go;
Power Shell is a plus Familiarity with observability tools (Open Telemetry, Sig Noz)
Understanding of SRE concepts (SLIs/SLOs, incident management)
Experience planning production releases and change management

Independent and collaborative in cross‑functional settings

College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
