Experteer Overview In this role you will support and grow blockchain and digital assets initiatives for leading financial institutions, corporates and fintechs. You will work with the advisory team across the project lifecycle, from market analysis to designing and implementing blockchain-based services. You translate tech concepts into clear business insights and contribute to client deliverables and strategic analyses. You will collaborate with peers, technology providers and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-evolving ecosystem.

Responsibilities1-3 years of experience in blockchain and digital assets, preferably in consulting or advisory environments.

Strong understanding of the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.

Ability to combine business thinking with foundational blockchain knowledge.

Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.

Structured mindset and attention to detail.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving environment.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
