Experteer Overview Join Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Technical Project Manager in our UX group to shape user-centric design across Design, Simulation and AI tools. You will coordinate design, specs and implementation, focusing on reusable components and desktop UI, workflows, and design systems. You’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive features from concept to delivery while staying current with UI/UX trends.

This role blends engineering rigor with creative UX, offering impact on real-world products and a global, diverse team.

Retribuzione / Benefits Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA, Field Teams, and Documentation Writers across multiple team sizes

Demonstrate self-organization and proactive problem-solving in design and development tasks

Manage the release cycle of software features from design through delivery

Conceive, design, develop, and document concepts for new tools and core components

Support product managers and designers to produce detailed specs and mockups for development

Produce internal and external content to promote new product features

Stay updated on current UI/UX trends and Siemens portfolio/tools

Guide application teams to adhere to design guidelines

ResponsabilitàProven experience in CAD/CAEBachelor in Mechanical, Aerospace or Civil Engineering

Experience with Siemens' or Altair's modeling and simulation tools

Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop Advanced written and verbal communication in English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Motivated, energetic self-starter
