Location: Cusano

As Product Area Lead Digital Sales at ING Italy, you will build and steer the digital sales engine to acquire customers, convert leads, and grow revenue across channels. You will define end-to-end strategy and collaborate with Brand, Marketing & Comms, Product Areas, Data & Analytics, and Customer Interactions to translate growth opportunities into measurable impact. You’ll lead an always-on optimization program, drive ROI on digital funnels, and shape an agile, cross-functional squad in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Set ING Italy's digital sales objectives aligned with Retail and Growth priorities
Develop digital sales strategies for priority portfolios (Lending, Payments, Daily Banking, Investments)
Lead end-to-end optimization of the customer journey from lead to conversion
Improve acquisition, conversion, cross-sell, and revenue KPIs
Oversee always-on optimization of funnels through content, journey improvements, and UX
Enhance SEO/SEM performance and digital discoverability
Foster experimentation culture: A/B testing, multivariate testing, rapid prototyping
Build reporting and measurement frameworks (Adobe Analytics or equivalent) with tagging, attribution, and dashboards
Manage commercial budgets and ensure strong ROI
Build and lead a multidisciplinary Digital Sales squad
Collaborate closely with Product Areas, Brand, Marketing & Comms, Data, and Customer Interactions
Present recommendations and business cases to senior leadership
Shape operating model across Product, Growth, Brand, Marketing & Comms, and Digital
Responsabilità   8-10+ years in Digital Sales / Growth / Performance Marketing, with leadership experience
Proven track record delivering measurable commercial results in digital funnels
Strong expertise in digital analytics (Adobe Analytics, GA4), SEO/SEM, and experimentation (A/B testing)
Experience improving UX/UI for mobile and web with design teams
Ability to build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams
Fluency in English;
Italian is a strong plus
Experience in financial services, e-commerce, fintech or high-growth digital environments
Knowledge of predictive modelling, marketing mix modelling, or AI-driven optimisation
Background in agile ways of working within Tribes/Squads
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics or related field;
Master's preferred
