UX Designer

Experteer Overview  As a UX Designer at GEWISS, you will shape intuitive, scalable experiences across embedded interfaces, mobile apps, web, and cloud services within a connected product ecosystem. You’ll balance usability, functionality, and aesthetics while ensuring accessibility and inclusivity from the start. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and strategic goals into coherent design systems and interactions.

This role offers the chance to influence how lighting, energy management, and EV infrastructure feel and work in everyday life.

Validate solutions through iterative testing and data-informed decisions
Maintain consistency and visual quality across the Design System
Collaborate with developers and UI designers for feasibility and implementation quality
Contribute to strategic design thinking aligning UX with business objectives
Responsabilità   Degree in Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, Graphic Design, HCI, or related fields
Solid experience in UX design for digital products and/or connected systems for at least 3 years
Strong sensitivity to visual design, aesthetics, and interaction quality
User Research methodologies (qualitative)
HCI principles
Design Thinking methodologies

Ability to design for complex systems with hardware–software integration (IoT, smart devices, lighting, energy platforms)
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro)
Interest in leveraging AI to enhance design workflows, insights, and personalization
