Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the OT Digital & Data team to drive the site’s digital transformation and raise performance. You define the digital roadmap and steer its delivery with key stakeholders, while managing the OT and digital project budgets. You ensure compliance with Health Authority guidelines and support inspections as the subject-matter expert. You bridge strategy and shopfloor operations to foster digital adoption and shape future ways of working through change management and a focus on quality.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the OT Digital & Data team to drive the site’s digital transformation and overall performance

Define the digital roadmap and align it with local and global stakeholders

Manage Opex and Capex budgets for OT and digital projects

Ensure computerized systems comply with Health Authority requirements and international guidelines (EU, FDA)
Support the Quality Unit during inspections as the subject-matter expert

Bridge strategy and shopfloor operations to enable digital adoption

Influence future ways of working through change management with a focus on quality

ResponsabilitàDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field5+ years in specialized Digital or OT leadership roles

Proven ability to manage teams in multicultural environments

Expert in Industry 4.0, connectivity solutions, and IT infrastructure

Strong knowledge of industrial automation and project management

Fluent in Italian and English with impactful communication skills

Goal-oriented with emphasis on HA compliance and quality
