For our Milan offices we are searching for an L&D Specialist who will report to the L&D Director.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our worldwide (WW) training initiatives across all brands (including Mail Boxes Etc., Post Net, and Alpha Graphics) and all geographies. This is a 360-degree role bridging strategic framework design, data analytics, and operational execution to ensure our network achieves peak performance. As our L&D Specialist, your mission is to design, implement, and measure learner-centered, performance-based solutions.
You will champion a modern, AI-driven learning experience that is fast-forward, innovative, and perfectly aligned with our global business goals. Compensation € 25.000–€ 32.000 gross annual salary + bonus + benefits. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria aligned with our compensation framework. Main tasks and responsibilities: Strategic Instructional Design:
Identify global training needs. Design and implement blended (face to face and online learning) methodologies like workshops, role-play, business games, simulations, across multiple channels (classroom, online, field meetings). Global
Collaboration:
Partner closely with local L&D Managers and business partners worldwide to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience tailored to both corporate employees and the franchisee network. Tech & LMS
Innovation: Contribute to shaping our Learning Management System (LMS) structure to optimize user experience. Stay ahead of the curve by introducing new processes, tools, and AI-driven learning technologies to boost learner productivity. Analytics & Measurement:
Develop and execute comprehensive measurement strategies to demonstrate the tangible business impact of our learning solutions on network-wide KPIs. Content Creation:
Storyboard and write highly effective copy, instructional texts, and audio/video scripts for global rollouts Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Business or equivalent Excellent mastery of written and spoken Italian and English (C1/C2 ) is a strict prerequisite for global collaboration. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in adult learning, educational technology, or a L&D role with global/multi-brand exposure.
Methodologies & Frameworks:
Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and evaluation frameworks. Technical Toolkit:
* High proficiency with e-Learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360: Rise/Storyline). Familiarity with video creation tools (e.g., Camtasia) and visual design tools (e.g., Photoshop). Basic knowledge of HTML and advanced familiarity with modern LMS platforms. Data & Tools:
Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and performance evaluation, and the google suite Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions Soft Skills & Mindset Project Management Master: Exceptional project management skills;
able to work independently on multiple global assignments simultaneously while maintaining premium quality.
