Position: Senior Experience Designer

Experteer Overview As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape exceptional digital experiences for enterprise clients  will lead user-centered design initiatives across global projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible interfaces for web and mobile. You will mentor junior designers and articulate design decisions to stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will contribute to our mission of transforming client businesses through human-centered, data-driven design and cross-domain collaboration.

Advocate accessibility, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches

Responsabilità5+ years of UX/UI design experience

Strong portfolio with wireframes, prototyping, interaction and UI design

Proficiency in Figma Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and mobile-first

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience in agile environments and collaboration with development teams

Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus Italian and English working proficiency mandatory
