The Role
Within the Product team, we are looking for an Industrial Designer, reporting to the GPM Manager, to handle the design development of new products and the evolution of existing ranges.
The role will contribute to the aesthetic and UX/UI design of products and to the operational coordination with any external design suppliers. The candidate will be responsible for developing CAD surfaces, ensuring consistency and integration with the guidelines or specifications defined at Group level.

The person we are looking for will support the GPM Manager in the following activities:
developing product concepts based on briefs defined by GPM, Marketing, Strategy, or Group guidelines;
translating approved concepts into 3D CAD models (aesthetic surfaces and visible parts);
producing renders for internal validations and with the parent company;
defining, in collaboration with GPM, Marketing, and Strategy, the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of displays and control systems;
integrating any shared specifications or platforms defined by the parent company into projects;
preparing complete design packages (CAD, material and finish specifications, technical documentation) for internal R&D or suppliers;
collaborating with R&D to ensure technical feasibility and consistency between design and engineering constraints;
coordinating with external design studios or suppliers when involved in development.

You are the right fit if you have:
a degree in Industrial Design or equivalent qualification;
3–6 years of experience in industrialized product development in manufacturing environments;
hands-on experience in CAD modelling of aesthetic surfaces (Solid Works preferred);
CMF (Color, Material, Finish) development skills;
experience in defining UX/UI for physical products;
basic knowledge of Design for Manufacturing principles (injection-moulded plastics, sheet metal, die casting);
experience collaborating with technical teams (mechanical, electronics);
a structured approach to CAD file management and technical documentation;
ability to incorporate feedback and integrate Group guidelines into coherent, industrializable design solutions;
excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C1)
good command of English (B2), required for interaction with the parent company.
